I'm a Digital Marketing and Operations Specialist focused on helping coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses build functional backends. My work includes:
30 minutes, free, no commitment. We talk about your business, what's not working, and whether I'm the right person to fix it. No pressure.
If we're a good fit, I'll send a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and price. Work begins only after you confirm the proposal and pay the deposit.
Once we start, I'll build in checkpoints so you can review progress and give feedback along the way — not just at the end. Communication happens over email or whatever platform we agree on at the start.
You'll receive a recorded walkthrough of everything I built — every workflow, pipeline, and automation explained. Documentation is included so you or your team can manage it going forward.
For the project to move smoothly, I'll need:
Delays in providing materials or feedback may push back the timeline. That's not a penalty — it's just how projects work.
Most builds take 7–10 business days. More complex projects — multiple workflows, integrations, full CRM setups — take 10–14 days.
These are estimates based on typical scope. Your actual timeline will be confirmed in the proposal. If your materials are delayed or feedback takes longer than expected, the delivery date adjusts accordingly.
Final payment is due within 7 days of delivery. If payment isn't received, access to the completed deliverables may be held until the balance is cleared.
Reasonable revisions are included in every project. "Reasonable" means adjustments to existing elements to meet what we originally agreed on — not new features or redesigns after approval.
Out-of-scope work is quoted separately before I start on it.
Some clients continue working with me after the initial project — covering things like optimization, new automations, email campaigns, content operations, and CRM maintenance.
Retainer terms (scope, rate, and billing cycle) are agreed separately and documented in a retainer agreement. I keep my ongoing client list intentionally small.
Anything you provide — brand assets, copy, business content — remains yours. By sharing it with me, you're giving me permission to use it solely for delivering your project.
Once full payment is received, you own everything I built for you inside your GoHighLevel account. You have full access and control.
I retain rights to templates, frameworks, and processes I've developed independently. These aren't yours to share or resell.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, I may reference our work together in my portfolio — anonymized or with your permission by name. You can opt out anytime.
What happens between us stays between us. I won't share your business strategies, financials, client data, or any sensitive information with anyone outside of what's needed to deliver your project.
I expect the same. If I share any proprietary processes or systems with you during our work together, those stay confidential.
This confidentiality obligation extends 2 years beyond our working relationship.
I build systems that are designed to perform — but I can't promise specific outcomes like leads, conversions, or revenue. Results depend on too many factors outside my control (your offer, traffic, market, etc.).
What I do guarantee: the system will work as built and agreed, and I'll fix it if it doesn't.
My total liability for any claim related to a project won't exceed the total amount you paid for that specific project. I'm not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages.
This doesn't apply if there's gross negligence or fraud on my end — that would be a different conversation entirely.
You can end the project at any time with written notice. You'll pay for work completed up to that point. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
I may end the project if payment is significantly overdue, if you breach these terms, or if the working relationship becomes untenable. In that case, you'll receive the work completed to date and a prorated refund of any unused deposit.
If something goes wrong, I'd rather talk it out directly before anything escalates. Most things can be resolved with a conversation.
If we can't resolve it that way, disputes will be handled under the laws of the Philippines, with jurisdiction in Laguna.
I may update these Terms as my business evolves. The version in effect when you signed your proposal is the one that governs our project — not any later update.
For anything new, the current Terms at that time apply.
Engaging my services — whether through a signed proposal, a deposit payment, or a confirmed agreement — means you've read and accepted these Terms. If you have questions before we start, ask them. That's what the discovery call is for.
