What if the backend

of your business

worked
while you didn't?

Not the dream version. The real one. Where your funnels convert,

your follow-ups fire, your content goes out, and none of it needs

you to make it happen.

…that's exactly what I build.

How I Work

The Structured
Funnel System

Method

A simple, repeatable framework that keeps funnels clean on the front end and reliable on the back end.

5
Core Steps
0
Guesswork
100%
Systematized
01
Map the Full Lead Journey
We design the entire lifecycle — from first click to closed deal — defining what happens when a lead books, delays, hesitates, or disappears. No gaps, no guesswork on what fires next.
Lead lifecycle mapping Behavior triggers Drop-off logic
02
Build Pages Designed to Convert
Every page is built around one decision and one clear next step. No distractions, no dead ends — just a smooth path from interest to action, connected to automation behind it.

03
Automate the Critical Moments
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, recovery, and reactivation — all triggered automatically so revenue doesn't depend on manual follow-up. The system runs it.

04
Make the CRM the Source of Truth
Your pipeline becomes the single source of truth. Every lead tracked, every stage intentional, every opportunity visible — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Why the usual fixes don't work

You've probably already

tried one of these.

...and if it worked, you wouldn't be here reading this. None of them solve the real problem, because the real problem isn't the task. It's the absence of a system underneath it.

Common Mistakes
COMMON MISTAKE #1

Hiring a
general VA

Feels productive… until you realize you became the system.

VA Task Board TO DO IN PROGRESS BLOCKED Email Follow-up 2 days ago GHL Audit 5 days ago Content Cal. Draft only Funnel Build Needs founder CRM Setup Needs founder ! 2 tasks blocked — waiting on founder

You become the manager

More time organizing work than growing the business.

Nothing is documented

Processes stay in people's heads, not systems.

No backend structure

Tasks get completed but nothing becomes scalable.

Constant rebuilding

The same problems keep repeating every month.

Looks productive on the surface. But the business still depends on you touching everything.

COMMON MISTAKE #2

DIY-ing
everything yourself

Works… until the backend quietly starts collapsing.

Project Overview FUNNEL BUILD 34% AUTOMATION 22% EMAIL SEQUENCES 10% CRM SETUP 0% ! 47 hours behind — no bandwidth left

No time for systems

You know what needs to happen. You just can't get to it.

Backend gets ignored

Funnels and automations stay unfinished for months.

Everything depends on you

Business slows down the moment you step away.

Burnout becomes normal

You start surviving instead of operating strategically.

Busy doesn't always mean scalable. Sometimes it just means overwhelmed.

COMMON MISTAKE #3

Hiring specialists
one by one

Sounds organized… until nobody understands the full machine.

FOUNDER ⚠ bottleneck Email Mgr separate tool GHL Expert no strategy Content VA silo'd work Designer no brief Ads Mgr disconnected

Disconnected execution

Email, funnels, CRM, and content operate separately.

No unified strategy

Everyone works… but nothing works together.

Too many moving parts

You become the bridge between disconnected specialists.

Systems stay fragmented

The backend never feels cohesive or scalable.

More people doesn't automatically create better systems. Sometimes it just creates more chaos to manage.

COMMON MISTAKE #4

YouTube tutorials
+ free tools

Feels resourceful… until the business outgrows duct-tape systems.

Tech Stack Audit Funnel Build Stopped at step 3 of 7 Broken Automation Workflow Triggers fire incorrectly Half-built Email Sequence Not connected to CRM Disconnected ! 3 of 3 systems need full rebuild

Half-built systems

Funnels stop halfway and automations barely connect.

Temporary fixes

The backend survives… but never becomes reliable.

Disconnected tools

Everything technically works — nothing flows smoothly.

Not built to scale

The system breaks the moment growth starts happening.

Cheap systems usually become expensive later. Especially when growth starts exposing the cracks.

A Different Way to Think About This

"The problem isn't that you're not working hard enough.

The problem is that your backend isn't working at all."

What you need isn't

more effort.

It's an operator.

.Someone who doesn't just take tasks off your plate, but who understands your business, builds the systems that power it, and takes ownership of the parts that keep it running between your launches, your calls, and your delivery.

Hi. I'm Nilo…

I build the backend founders wish they'd built sooner.

I work with coaches, consultants, and online business owners who are growing fast but feel like the operations are always one step behind where they need to be.

I don't do task lists. I look at your whole business, find what's leaking, and build systems that fix it.

GoHighLevel, funnels, automations, email sequences, podcast ops, CRM, all of it. With the kind of ownership most people only offer at the executive level.

…and I'm doing this right now. For real clients. On real businesses.

What I Actually Do

Not a list of things I can do.

A set of problems I solve.

Click to expand each one. Every service is built around a result — not the activity itself.

Full GHL buildouts from the ground up — pipelines, triggers, workflows, sub-account setup, calendar integrations, and reporting dashboards. If your CRM is a mess or your automations are half-working, I audit everything and rebuild it to run correctly. Follow-ups fire. Leads get routed. Pipelines stay clean.

High-converting pages built with clear hierarchy, compelling hooks, and integrated automations behind them. Built in GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and WordPress. The goal isn't a pretty page — it's a page that moves people to act and feeds them into a system that follows up properly.

From guest coordination and tracking to episode scheduling, show notes, and YouTube management — I handle the full backend of podcast operations. This is work I'm doing right now for a live client. Guests get booked. Trackers stay updated. Episodes get published — without the founder touching any of it.

Welcome flows, launch sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and weekly newsletters — written, built, and automated. I handle both the copy and the technical setup. Your list gets nurtured consistently, regardless of what's happening in your week.

How I Think and Work

Before I touch anything,

I need to understand

everything.

Most operators follow instructions. I look at the full picture, the business goal, the user journey, the gap between where things are and where they need to be, and I build toward that.

01

Systems before tasks

Before I do anything, I ask: is this a one-time fix or a repeatable system? One-time fixes keep you dependent. Systems make you free.

02

Outcomes before activity

I don't measure success in hours worked or tasks completed. I measure it in leads generated, conversions improved, and time freed for the founder.

03

Ownership before instruction

You shouldn't have to tell me what to do next. If I see something breaking, I flag it. If I see an opportunity, I bring it. That's what a real operator does.

04

Clarity before complexity

Clean pipelines. Clear naming conventions. Organized CRMs. I build things that make sense when you come back to them six months later.

05

Communication without micromanagement

Proactive updates. No chasing. You'll always know where things stand, without having to ask. Your time is the most valuable thing in your business.

06

Speed when it matters

Launch week is not the time for slow. When things need to move fast, I move fast. When things need to be airtight, I don't cut corners.

Nilo built our funnels, workflows and email sequences inside GoHighLevel. Everything worked perfectly during our launch. He explains things clearly, checks every detail and makes sure nothing breaks before going live. Reliable and very easy to work with.

Work History

Real work.

Real businesses.

Let's be honest about something

You're not struggling because you're not working hard enough.

You're struggling because the backend of your business is making you carry it… instead of the other way around.

01

Leads are falling through cracks you can't see

Someone books. You get busy. The follow-up never fires. They move on. You never know it happened — because nothing in your system caught it. …it's a silent revenue leak.

02

You're doing the same manual tasks. Every. Single. Week.

Scheduling the same posts. Re-sending the same emails. Updating the same spreadsheets. None of it is building anything. All of it is just maintenance that never ends.

03

Your funnel exists… but it's quietly leaking

Traffic's coming in. People are clicking. But the numbers don't match the effort. And somewhere between the opt-in and the sale — you're losing them. You just don't know exactly where.

04

You're still the one holding the whole thing together

Every system. Every campaign. Every tool. It all routes through you. Which means the business only moves when you move. That's not leverage. That's a trap.

And here's the part nobody talks about… the longer this continues, the more it costs you. Not just in money. In momentum. In the launches that could've been bigger. In the clients you almost closed. In the hours you'll never get back.
